Orders & Quotes
All orders are subject to confirmation by Headway Custom Designs. Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of quoting and may change if project details, quantities, materials, or specifications change.
A quote does not constitute an order until it has been accepted and any required payment or deposit has been received.
Custom Products
Custom products are produced specifically for each customer and may not be resold, returned, or exchanged except as otherwise stated in our Shipping & Returns policy.
Minor variations in color, placement, sizing, materials, or finished appearance may occur as part of the normal production process.
Artwork & Intellectual Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any logos, artwork, images, names, or other materials they provide to Headway Custom Designs.
By submitting artwork or other materials, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and authorization to use them.
Headway Custom Designs is not responsible for claims arising from customer-provided artwork or materials
Customer-Provided
Items
Headway Custom Designs may accept customer-supplied garments or other products for decoration or customization. These items are provided at the customer's risk.
We take reasonable care with all customer-supplied items but cannot guarantee against damage, defects, or inconsistencies caused by the item's existing condition or material.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Changes or cancellations may be possible before production begins but are not guaranteed once an order has entered production.
Any costs already incurred for artwork, materials, products, or production may be non-refundable.
Production & Delivery
Production timelines are estimates unless a specific deadline has been agreed upon in writing. Headway Custom Designs is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, equipment issues, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Errors & Corrections
If an order is produced incorrectly due to an error by Headway Custom Designs, we will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving artwork and order details before production.
General
Headway Custom Designs reserves the right to decline or cancel orders involving unlawful, infringing, inappropriate, or otherwise unsuitable content. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect when an order is placed will generally apply.
