Quotes & Estimates
All quotes are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of pricing.
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Changes to artwork, quantities, garment selection, or project scope may result in revised pricing.
Deposits
Custom orders may require a deposit before production begins.
Deposit requirements vary depending on the size and scope of the project. Production will not begin until any required deposit has been received.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due before your order is picked up, shipped, or delivered unless other payment arrangements have been made in advance.
Orders may be held until payment has been received in full.

Late or Unpaid
Balances
Orders with unpaid balances may be delayed, withheld, or canceled at our discretion.
Headway Custom Designs reserves the right to suspend future work for customers with outstanding balances.

While every effort is made to ensure accurate pricing, Headway Custom Designs reserves the right to correct typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or calculation errors before an order enters production.
Customers will be notified of any necessary corrections before work begins.
