Production & Turnaround
At Headway Custom Designs, every order receives the time and attention needed to ensure a quality finished product. Because many of our products are custom-made, production times vary depending on the size, complexity, and materials required for each order.
Standard Production
Most custom orders are completed within 7–14 business days after all of the following have been received:

Final artwork approval
-
Required payment or deposit
-
Any necessary garments or customer-supplied items
Production time begins only after all requirements have been met.
Rush Orders
Rush production may be available depending on our current workload and material availability.
Rush services may be subject to additional fees and cannot be guaranteed for every order. Please contact us before placing your order if you have a specific deadline.
Order Changes
Changes requested after production has begun may result in additional charges and could delay your estimated completion date.
Once production has started, certain changes may no longer be possible.
Customer-Supplied Items
Customers providing their own garments or products should ensure all items are delivered before production begins.
Headway Custom Designs is not responsible for delays caused by late or incomplete deliveries of customer-supplied items.
Delays Beyond
Our Control
While we make every effort to complete orders on time, production may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including:

Supplier inventory shortages

Shipping carrier delays

Equipment maintenance or unexpected repairs

Severe weather or other unforeseen events
If your estimated completion date changes, we'll communicate with you as soon as possible.
Estimated Completion Dates
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your order is missing items, damaged during shipping, or produced incorrectly, contact us within 7 days so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
