Artwork Approval

Proofs & Design
Approval

For custom orders requiring artwork, Headway Custom Designs may provide a digital proof for customer review and approval before production.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the proof and confirming that all details are correct, including:

  • Spelling and wording

  • Logos and graphics

  • Colors

  • Artwork placement

  • Sizing and proportions

  • Garment or product selection

  • Quantities and sizes

  • Any other details shown on the proof

 

Production will begin once the artwork and order details have been approved.

Customer Approval

Approval of a proof confirms that the customer has reviewed the artwork and order details and authorizes Headway Custom Designs to proceed with production.

 

Once artwork has been approved and production has begun, changes may not be possible. Changes requested after approval may result in additional design, material, or production charges and may delay the order.

Digital Proofs &
Finished Products

Digital proofs are intended to provide a visual representation of the finished product. Due to differences between digital displays, printing processes, embroidery, garment materials, and other production methods, the finished product may vary slightly from what appears on screen.

 

Colors displayed on a computer, phone, or other device may not perfectly match the final physical product.

For embroidery and other decorated products, minor differences in thread appearance, texture, placement, or scale may occur as a natural result of the production process.

Customer-Provided Artwork

Customers providing their own artwork are responsible for ensuring that the artwork is accurate, complete, and suitable for production.

 

Headway Custom Designs may recommend adjustments to customer-provided artwork when necessary for quality or production requirements. Any required artwork modifications may be subject to additional design or preparation fees.

Delays in Approval

Production timelines begin only after all required artwork and order details have been approved.

 

Delays in reviewing or approving artwork may delay the estimated completion date.

 

If revisions are requested, the production timeline may be adjusted accordingly.

Approval of Final Artwork

Once artwork has been approved, Headway Custom Designs is authorized to produce the order according to the approved specifications.

 

Please review your proof carefully before approving it. If something doesn't look right, let us know before giving approval so we can make the necessary changes.
