Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping & Lead Time

All orders are generally completed within two weeks from the order date and will be available for shipping or pick-up once finished. While most orders are ready within this timeframe, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. In such cases, a representative will promptly notify the customer to provide an update and ensure clear communication regarding the order status.

Return & Refund Policy

Custom items are non-refundable. All refund or exchange requests must include the original receipt and be made within 14 days of receiving the purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition. Requests made after 14 days cannot be accepted.

 

If you suspect a manufacturer’s defect, please contact Headway Custom Designs within 5 days of receiving the item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

We are committed to resolving any issues and will work with customers to find a fair solution whenever possible.
